Description

The south chapel of St Peter's Church was dedicated as a War memorial and a wooden triptych is hung in the south aisle.

It was originally inscribed with names of Great War casualties. In 1994, a further 6 Great War names were added, together with the World War II names.

Two War Memorial Death plaques, for Laurence Charles Watson, and Alec Philip Watson, are set in the window sill of one of the chapel windows.

See also Parish War memorial on south wall of St Peter's Church.
