Description

A brass plaque prepared after the Great War naming 9 Members who died during the War. Unveiled on 19th June 1920 by Lord Gort.

It is believed that the War Memorial no longer exists - correspondence with the Club has shown it not to be found.

W.G. Tucker, A.B., Royal Navy	No CWGC record.	William George Tucker served with the Royal Navy (HMS Barham) and was wounded at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. He died in 1918 and was buried on 28 Nov 1918 at East Cowes (Kingston) Cemetery.
