Son of William Windebank and the late Emmie Lucock Windebank (née Munro)(died 1895) of 10 Victoria Buildings, East Street, Ventnor ; husband of Minnie Windebank of Stroud Cottages, Freshwater, Isle of Wight.

Born : 1884, Ventnor.
 
Married 1916, Minnie Jackman, at All Saints Church, Freshwater. Child : Peggy Eugenie Agnes, born 1917.

Census Information :

1891 : William and Emmie Windebank, with their children including Percy aged 7, are at the C E W Mens Institute, Newport Road, Ventnor. William Windebank is a Driver.
