Ernest William Fowler

Son of Ernest William Fowler and Emily Isabella Fowler (née Henley), of Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, and later Alverstone, Brading, Isle of Wight.

Born : 24 December 1894, Brize Norton, Oxfordshire.

Service details :

Stoker 1st cl. K/16530, H.M.S. Begonia, Royal Navy.

Killed in action, at sea, H.M.S. Begonia, on 6th October 1917, in a collison with a German submarine off Casablanca.
