THIS TABLET IS ERECTED TO THE MEMORY OF THOSE CONNECTED WITH THIS CHURCH WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR 1914 - 1919 ---- RFN. B.G. BENNETT, WHO DIED A PRISONER OF WAR IN TURKEY, MARCH 28TH, AGED 25 YEARS PTE. H.J. SAUNDERS, WHO DIED OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE APRIL 12TH 1918, AGED 24 YEARS PTE. C. BUCKETT, KILLED IN FRANCE NOV 22ND 1917, AGED 25 YEARS PTE. A.W.
