Description A cross bearing the names of the Niton men who died in both World Wars. Originally sited at Institute Hill, it was moved in 2000 to the Churchyard since access to the memorial on the side of a hill on a steep road was proving difficult. The original stone marking the gift of the site at Institute Hill by Charles Allen of Horringford remains in the verge near where the memorial stood. The removal and cleaning of the stone was aided by a grant from various grant making bodies including Friends of War Memorials (now the War Memorials Trust).
