KILLED IN ACTION. - Mrs. C. Stallard, of Shanklin, has received notification that her husband, Pte. Charles Stallard, has been killed in action in North Africa. He was the only son of Mr. F. Stallard, of Canteen Cottages, near Wroxall, a former well-known resident of Upper Ventnor. The deceased was formerly employed at the brickyard at Rookley, prior to which he was a farm worker.
