Biographical information

SERGEANT FREDERICK RENDALL serving with the Royal Marine Light Infantry was a victim of the disaster in which the pre-Dreadnought H.M.S. Bulwark blew up as a result of an internal explosion in November 1914. He left a widow and two children.

CWGC records give his surname as Rendell. Sergeant Rendall is buried at Gillingham (Woodlands) Cemetery.
