At Dimbola House, Freshwater Bay, Isle of Wight Description Bronze statue of Jimi Hendrix plus accompanying plaque. Hendrix played the Isle of Wight Festival in 1970. Unveiled in 2006. Created by Putney-based sculptor John Swindells. It is set in a garden designed and created by Lee Daniel of Ryde-based LD Transformations. |
