WAS KILLED ON 23 APRIL 1918
IN THE ATTACK MADE UPON
ZEEBRUGGE WHILST SERVING
UPON H.M.S. IRIS II

Son of Frederick Hollis and Amelia Hollis (née Fortescue), of Limerstone Farm, Brighstone, Isle of Wight. Born at Appleford Farm, Godshill, Isle of Wight. A Yeoman Farmer.

Buried at : Dover (St James's) Cemetery, Kent.
